The wonderfully calm and unusually mild weather over the weekend gave some impressive skies and beautifully reflective water in this scene by the Albert Dock on Liverpool's Waterfront.

The rapidly changing weather of late October brought the opportunity to capture some new scenes of Liverpool with dramatic lighting as squalls of rain were chased by sunlight. The problem with Liverpool scenes these days is to try and capture familiar scenes in a new light and this good bad weather was an inspiration.
