Our local area of Crosby and Waterloo contains many links to the Titanic and The White Star Line and is liable to become quite a tourist attraction in the coming months with this year being the 100th Anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic on 15th April 1912. I have been taking some photographs of our local connections for a colleague who runs
Titanic Tours Liverpool.

There is also the grave of a Titanic victim in St. Luke's churchyard.
ReplyDeleteAdditionally a lovely memorial plaque to the musicians aboard the Titanic within the foyer of the Philharmonic Hall, Hope Street.
