A stormy late afternoon at the beginning of December, swift moving clouds and a strong north west wind pushes sails of rain along the horizon. A small break in the clouds allows the light from a patch of sky to reflect off the rough waters.
A few minutes later the scene is much darker and the light has a brooding quality, a long exposure has emphasised the white water from the waves breaking in the distance and smoothed out the ripples on the shallow water nearby.
